Essential Realty Group

As separate real estate agents for almost a decade, Marco Lupusella and Christopher Marelli joined forces to create Essential Realty Group. ERG was looking for an identity that would stand out in the real estate industry and public eye. The goals and objectives for the project were built around their brand vision of becoming a trusted name within the Toronto Real Estate market, with a positive reputation reflective of their companies core values.

The overall design solution achieved the overall project goal and objectives of creating a modernized and approachable logo with a reimagined 'E' icon that takes cues from fences, the real estate market and the real estate process of finding the perfect home. The symbol works not only as a stand alone mark but when rotated creates a fence design element that could be used across the entire identity creating a distinct design language. In a real estate market often characterized by traditional palettes and classic hues, the forest green colour palette sets itself apart as a distinctive and refreshing choice. This unique colour scheme adds a touch of modernity, individuality, and an eco-conscious vibe to the real estate landscape.
