What began as a simple hobby, fuelled by a deep-seated passion for all things spicy, has grown into a promising venture. Driven by culinary curiosity I found myself experimenting with these vibrant chilis, discovering their unique flavour and potential. As I delved deeper into the world of Calabrian chilis, I recognized a niche in the market, a gap waiting to be filled. No company had yet offered a Calabrian chili crisp product, and the existing Calabrian chili brands left much to be desired. The goal is to bring the bold and captivating flavours of Calabrian chilis to a broader audience, infusing a touch of excitement into every dish.
